Property in Practice magazine
Property in Practice is the quarterly magazine of the Property Section. It is aimed at commercial and residential property solicitors and licensed conveyancers and covers topics such as e-conveyancing, Home Information Packs, housing, land registration, planning and environment, as well as tax and revenue, through bulletins, updates and in-depth features written by experts in the field.
Property Yearbook 2007-8 (non-members)
Providing information on a range of conveyancing and housing-related issues, the yearbook is designed to be a useful reference for practitioners and their office colleagues. Features include: an at-a-glance 12 month calendar with key dates and upcoming events; additional tax reference tables; an extended Land Registry chapter; and a part-completed CPD training record. The yearbook also features information about solicitors’ professional bodies and a directory of useful addresses with sections for finance, Land Registry, planning and environment, power, searches, tax, tribunals, water, and other contacts.
