New model shared ownership lease created

Conveyancing practitioners should be aware that a new model shared ownership lease has been created by the Homes and Communities Agency. It aims to create more certainty for lenders and more clarity for purchasers of New Build HomeBuy property. The revised model lease will be adopted by all lenders and housing providers from 6 April 2010.
