New website function - online features

The Property Section is always looking for ways to improve its offering to both members and non-members. We have therefore intoduced a new function, showcasing exclusive, online-only features and articles on current awareness issues.

These features will be accessible to both members and non-members through the 'Feature' link in the left-hand toolbar, and recent articles will also be featured on the homepage.

As a member, you will receive copies of the quarterly Property in Practice magazine,including articles from experts on important issues affecting both commercial and residential property practitioners and conveyancers, from all sizes of firm. Recent articles have covered such issues as Islamic property solutions, marketing your firm to survive the recession, the acquistion of a residential development site from the developer's perspective, how practitioners could be affected by the corporate and personal insolvency of a client, mediation in property disputes, break clauses, and complaints-handling. Members can also access back issues and search the back catalogue of all editions of the magazine since 2002.
