Build your own restriction with Land Registry's electronic modules

To coincide with the implementation of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008, and to help you become familiar with the  amended standard restrictions, Land Registry has created two electronic modules illustrating how to populate one of the more common restrictions, Form L and one of the new restrictions, Form NN.

The modules enable you to build up the restrictions using a series of screens that you work through and then enables you to cut and paste the restriction created, into your documents. The modules are posted on the internet and can be accessed either from the Education and Training home page or from the Practice page on the Land Registry website.
