Property in Practice
Property in Practice is the quarterly magazine of the Property Section. It is aimed at commercial and residential property solicitors and licensed conveyancers and covers topics such as e-conveyancing, Home Information Packs, housing, land registration, planning and environment, as well as tax and revenue.Join the Section and receive a free copy of the magazine and online access to searchable past and present issues. People ineligible for Section membership can receive hard-copies of the journal for £50 per year by subscribing online or by downloading the subscription form. [PDF 72KB]
