FREE IPC seminar

1 February 2010
The Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London

The Infrastructure Planning Commission will begin to accept applications from developers in 2010. This is a significant development for the planning system in England and Wales. The first batch of National Policy Statements are currently out to consultation. They will form the framework for decisions on major infrastructure projects by the Commissioners.

The Law Society's Planning & Environmental Law Committee has invited Vincent Maher, a planning casework officer at the IPC, to address interested solicitors. He will be speaking and taking questions at Law Society Hall on the evening of Monday 1 February at 6.30pm. Tea and coffee will be available on arrival from 6.00pm.

To register your interest in attending, please email ipcevent@lawsociety.org.uk. Places are limited and bookings will be first come, first served.
